“Apollo” is such a handsome guy! He found his forever home with a loving (and patient!) military family at nearby Moody Air Force Base.

He started out a bit shy, having grown up in the country on our farm. He had spent most of his time with us and our sheep! (You can see he loves snacking on beans from our garden… In his experience, fresh veggies were special treats!)

I bet he is over the moon about all the new dog-cookies, snacks, and chew toys now that he is a beloved house pet! They have taken great care to introduce him appropriately to all the unusual sights and sounds in a busier city environment. He even got to go trick or treating! We are very happy he is in such good hands.
