This cute freckled 1 year old pup is now called “Rascal” and he’s just moved into his new home in central GA!

Grandfather and dog lover William needed a clever pup to train for a special purpose… They are going to start Search And Rescue, (SAR) training in memory of his grandson - the inspiration for “Blue’s” new name Rascal. Granddaughter Lazie came along to meet their new family member, too! I can’t wait to hear how training goes & we hope to learn of many thankful families who can be reunited due to their heroic hard work and talent!

[Original listing: This humble and friendly pup loves it when we throw toys and kick pinecones/tennis balls across the yard for him to chase. He’ll follow a bug or lizard around for an hour & he thinks that is very entertaining, too.

Since he loves to seek and follow things, we think he could learn to be a good tracking dog if someone is able to spend time training him. Otherwise, he is just an easy going little guy who would love to be someone’s best friend. He’s not high maintenance, but he’s capable and eager to learn whatever you’d like to teach him… even if you just teach him to lounge on your couch!
