Bentley is a good, solid man.

He is happy in a cozy crate if needed, but it should be a breeze to finish house training this clever boy.

He was crate and dog door trained as a kid. (He can climb, so we’d advise against long periods of unsupervised yard access.)

He got a really great start and lots of good groundwork since he spent his first year being soooo loved, socialized, & well trained by a couple who were both Miami cops.

During/after the pandemic, his new mom suddenly became allergic to him. They tearfully had to send him back home to stay with us. We stay in contact so they know their baby boy is doing well. He has been great to have around and we love him just as much.

He has good manners, always sits quietly and waits for his dinner. We think he probably knows lots of commands… but in Cubano! We aren’t too helpful in keeping up his bilingual cred, but we’re learning. haha

It should all come back with some patience and practice, but he’s caught on to our ‘merican lingo just fine.

He gets along with other dogs & he is happy to cuddle or be wild, playful and silly if they want. He has a blast playing tug with my big doberman, and he ain’t skeered to play with anyone. He has good social skills.

Not noisy or needy, but he will warn you about weird things going on around you or your home.

Bentley has a tall athletic build and a super soft, short & less shedding type coat. He could be a great couch-buddy or sidekick for athletic /outdoor adventures.
